Lazerdoc accepts cash and all major debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress (AMEX), and Discover.
A valid credit card is required to book and hold your appointmentat Lazerdoc. This policy applies even if you intend to pay with a gift certificate.
Lazerdoc offers the following financing options to make it easy for you to say yes to procedures and treatments that you would otherwise not afford.
CareCredit is the most common financing resource for aesthetic treatmentstoday. CareCredithas been with us from the start. If you already own a CareCredit card, you may use it at Lazerdoc for any kind of treatments or procedures! You can also sign up with CareCredit at our office. With CareCredit you can get the treatments you want when you want them!
A new client considering treatments or procedures must have a consultation with Dr. Waage prior to any such treatment or procedure. When you book online, please let us know what your specific interests are.
There is a $25 deposit at the time of consultation. This deposit will be applied to your first treatment if scheduled within 60 days of your consultation.
Due to the significant amount of time blocked out and high demand for cosmetic surgical procedures, such as Bodytite, Facetite, MyEllevate and Morpheus8 procedures, we must collect a 10% deposit at the time of scheduling. Treatment must be paid in full at the time of the pre-op appointment (does not include Morpheus8 procedures, which can be paid at the time of the procedure).
Please inform us within 48 hours if you need to reschedule your appointment. A 48-hour notice from you allows us to offer your time slot to another patient. You will not be charged for the cancellation.
Any unexplained, same day cancelations and no-show’s will incur a $50 fee.
We understand that things can come up, and you must cancel your appointment on short notice. We would greatly appreciate your cooperation.
Due to the significant amount of time blocked out for new patient consultations with Dr. Leah Waage, we must collect $50 deposit at the time of scheduling. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we ask you to give us at least 24-hour notice, and your deposit will simply roll over to your re-scheduled slot. If you are still unable to keep your appointment, you will lose your deposit.

Lazerdoc sells a traditional printed Gift Certificate that you can purchase as a gift to someone special or as a gift to yourself for a planned procedure. The Gift Certificate can only be used in-store and towards Lazerdoc treatments, procedures or in-store products. The Gift Certificate is not redeemable in cash. The expiration date is one year after purchase date.
Lazerdoc’s VIP Membership and Rewards Program is designed for those of you who want to experience extraordinary services on a regular basisat a competitive price. You can only access the VIP deals through Lazerdoc’s Membership and Rewards App. Within the app you can access a wide variety of menu options where you can tailor to your seasonal or individual needs and pay on a monthly basis or in full. The benefit is that you pay the same price each month to access those options. Some of the packages allow you to use a monthly payment toward a more expensive cosmetic procedure instead of receiving service for that month.
